By accessing or using StratoSave (stratosave.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.
StratoSave is a personal financial estimation tool, not a financial advisory service. All calculations, projections, runway estimates, mortgage scenarios, retirement figures, and any other outputs produced by this service are estimates based solely on the numbers you enter. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other professional advice.
Calculations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. Results depend entirely on user-supplied inputs and simplified mathematical models. Real-world financial outcomes are affected by many variables this tool does not model, including but not limited to: taxes, inflation, market fluctuations, interest rate changes, employment changes, unexpected expenses, regulatory changes, and errors in your own inputs.
You should not rely on this service to make any financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or other relevant professional before acting on any information produced by this tool.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StratoSave and its operators expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, non-infringement, and freedom from error.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRATOSAVE, ITS OPERATORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, including but not limited to: loss of money, loss of savings, financial losses, lost profits, loss of data, loss of business, personal injury, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your use of or inability to use the service; (b) any calculation, projection, estimate, or other output produced by the service, whether accurate or inaccurate; (c) any decision made by you or any third party in reliance on service outputs; (d) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the service or its outputs; (e) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (f) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service; or (g) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the service.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if StratoSave has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, StratoSave's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law — and in no event shall it exceed the amount you paid to StratoSave in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StratoSave and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service; (b) any data or information you submit to the service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) any financial or other decisions you make based on outputs from the service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data you enter into the service. StratoSave assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-supplied data, and any outputs derived from incorrect inputs are entirely your responsibility.
Use of this service does not create any professional, fiduciary, advisory, or other relationship between you and StratoSave. No information provided through the service constitutes financial, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice, and no client–advisor relationship is formed.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice and without liability. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where StratoSave's operators are located.
